Refund policy

Please use the Return Label sent with your order.
Replacements are sent within 3 working days of receipt.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed and send to your account and will be paid directly to your bank account or PayPal account.

Return instructions:
1. There is no need to contact us when sending a return.
2. Please fill out the Return Section on the Return Label. Enter the size of the item you are returning and a reason for return. Write in the ‘reason’ section if you would like us to refund the costs or replace an item. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
3. Please write down your Registered Volunteer ID on the Return Label.
4. Please put the Return Label in the parcel and send it back to our Head Office:
