Delivery

We aim to process your order within 3 working days and orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until we are able to fulfil the whole order.

Returns

Please use the Return Label that was sent with your order.
Replacements are sent within 3 working days of receipt.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed and send to your account. All refunds are paid directly to your bank account or PayPal account.
